—- Yes, we can provide a free sample once the price is agreed, upon and you have to pay us the delivery fee in advance. If place the following order after getting a free sample, we will refund the shipping cost of the free sample.

6. What is your MOQ?  Do you supply product reports? Is there a discount?
—- Our MOQ is 1kg. But usually, we accept less quantity such as 100g on the condition that the sample charge is 100% paid.  We’ll give you a product analysis report before shipping.  Different quantity has different discount.

7. Payment Terms, Payment Methods, and Delivery Conditions?
—- We can do 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment delivery;
       Usually L/C, D/P, T/T, western union, Moneygram, or Paypal.

EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR CPT, CIP DDU, or by DHL/FEDEX/TNT.
The shipment can be Mixed FCL, FCL, LCL, or by Airline, Vessel, and train transportation mode.
